Scientific research also helps in the betterment of one country through research project grants that can be granted to the needy from various research institutions across the globe. For example, BCPB (British Counsel for Prevention of Blindness) has granted a Trachoma Research Funding Project to Tumaini University, Tanzania, Africa .Also along with the advantages, it has certain limitations as well. All research is funded, and any situation that affects a country’s financial situation as a whole will have its effect on research. Scientific findings are reported back to the community and will be subject to discussion, which may also result in a change in research policies.
